Marigold Flower
Here is a marigold (Tagetes erecta) flower. Although it's native to the Americas, it is often called African Marigold. Natives such as the Aztecs and Cherokee have used it for medicinal, decorative, and food purposes.
Equipment used: Canon EOS Rebel T5i with a standard zoom lens (EF-S 18-55 mm).
