Sorghum Grain

Here is sorghum grain (Sorghum bicolor). The grain diameter ranges from 2 to 4 mm, although this batch averages about 4 mm. It's the fifth most grown cereal crop in the world, after rice, wheat, corn and barley. It can be popped like popcorn.
