Great Northern Bean
Here is a Great Northern bean, a member of the common bean family, Phaseolus vulgaris. White beans such as this contain the most phosphatidylserine, a component of the cell membrane, of any vegetable. This bean's dimensions are 9.7 x 6.8 x 6.1 mm.
Equipment used: Canon EOS Rebel T5i with a standard zoom lens (EF-S 18-55 mm) on a 49 mm long extension tube.
