Dandelion Pollen
Here is the pollen of dandelion (Taraxacum officinale) at 400x magnification. Each pollen grain is 45 to 48 micrometers in size.
To compensate for depth of field limitations, this image was created by focus stacking 10 images using Hugin Tools.
Equipment used: AmScope M150C microscope with Raspberry Pi camera module V2 (8MP).
