Fringed Sagebrush Leaf
Here is the leaf of fringed sagebrush (Artemisia frigida) at 100x magnification. Right click for full resolution. Previously we took a picture of this plant's leaf using a camera extension tube. Today's picture was taken through a microscope.
To compensate for depth of field limitations, this image was created by focus stacking 10 images using Hugin Tools.
Equipment used: AmScope M150C microscope with Raspberry Pi camera module V2 (8MP).
