Shrubby Cinquefoil Stamen
Here is a stamen of shrubby cinquefoil (Dasiphora fruticosa subspecies floribunda) at 100x magnification. Pollen is visible on it. Right click for full resolution. A hardy low maintenance landscaping shrub, it grows wild in Colorado from the foothills to subalpine.
To compensate for depth of field limitations, this image was created by focus stacking 7 images using Hugin Tools.
Equipment used: AmScope M150C microscope with Raspberry Pi camera module V2 (8MP).
