Standing Milkvetch Bur Hooks
Here are hooks from burs of the standing milkvetch (Astragalus adsurgens) plant found in the foothills of Boulder County, Colorado on September 21, 2020. The magnification is 40x. A few days ago we showed the seed pods (burs) on the plant.
Equipment used: AmScope M150C microscope with Raspberry Pi camera module V2 (8MP).
