Yellow Jacket Antenna
Yesterday we looked at the head of a western yellowjacket (Vespula pensylvanica), today we look at its antenna at 100x magnification. Right click for full resolution. Yellowjackets have dark antennae, which they use to communicate with.
Equipment used: AmScope M150C microscope with Raspberry Pi camera module V2 (8MP).
