Here is condensation on plastic wrap over a bowl of previously hot beans placed in a refrigerator. Note the average size of water droplets decreases near the perimeter. Why is that so?

Equipment used: Canon EOS Rebel T5i with a standard zoom lens (EF-S 18-55 mm).
